Easter - Online Orders and Click + Collect
Any online orders placed after 2pm Wednesday 27th March will be processed from Tuesday 2nd April. However, our online store will be open for you to shop during the holidays. Click + Collect orders will be processed from Tuesday 2nd April.

Please note, all Aston & Fincher stores will be closed over the Easter Bank Holiday.

• Thursday 28th March - 8:30am - 5:00pm (open as usual)
• Friday 29th March - Closed
• Monday 1st April - Closed
• Tuesday 2nd April - 8:30am - 5:00pm (open as usual)

Free Click + Collect applies to baskets with a value of £25+ ex VAT. It excludes furniture or exceptional items; we will contact you in these cases.

1. Add items to your basket
2. View your basket
3. Proceed to the checkout (either by logging in or by signing up)
4. Select the 'Click + Collect from Your local Aston & Fincher Store' option. Please note that if items in your basket are not eligible for the Click and Collect Service you will not be offered this as a delivery option)
5. Select the required store location from the drop down list
6. Click on next
7. If applicable enter your promotional code
8. Proceed to payment

Following payment you will receive an on screen payment confirmation message followed by an email order acknowledgement. Your goods will be available for collection 7 working days after placing your order. When you collect from store, please present either a printed or mobile version of this document.

Orders must be collected within 7 working days of receiving your order confirmation email. After 7 working days uncollected orders will be returned to our warehouse and a refund will be applied to your method of payment. Please note: orders placed the day before a Bank Holiday will be available 5 working days from the date of your order.

• Order Monday collect Thursday
• Order Tuesday collect Friday
• Order Wednesday collect Monday of the following week
• Order Thursday collect Tuesday of the following week
• Order Friday collect Wednesday of the following week
• Order Saturday/Sunday collect Thursday of the following week

Orders placed the day before a Bank Holiday will be available 5 workings days from the date of your order.
