Delivery Info: Aston & Fincher works with our suppliers to ensure your orders are complete and delivered safely and on time. We offer standard delivery times of 3-6 working days, though it will usually be next day. Any delivery queries, please email us on businessservices@astonandfincher.co.uk or call 0121 331 2000.
Next day orders need to be received before 1pm, Monday-Thursday to guarantee delivery. If items are out of stock we will contact you.
Free delivery applies to baskets with a value of £50+ ex. VAT (£60+ inc. VAT), to UK mainland addresses. It excludes furniture or exceptional items; we will contact you in these cases.
Furniture and Special Order Deliveries: Furniture and special-order items have different times based on availability and production hours. Please contact us for any queries.
Lead-times are therefore given as a guideline line only. You will be advised lead-times on placement of order, but if items are required by a specific date please contact before placing orders on-line.
Once an order has been placed, it can take up to 5 working days for Aston & Fincher to receive manufacturer's production confirmation. This will have an approx. date of dispatch from the manufacturers.
At this stage Aston & Fincher will contact you to give you an estimated delivery date to the UK.

VAT FREE EXPLAINED: During a VAT Free sale we will make sure the price you pay is the shelf price before VAT is added. We have to show and charge VAT to comply with the law, VAT will be paid out of the amount you pay us. This means that we are still able to give you a VAT invoice so that you can claim it back if you are registered.
