Delivery Info: Aston & Fincher works with our suppliers to ensure your orders are complete and delivered safely and on time. We offer standard delivery times of 3-6 working days, though it will usually be next day. Any delivery queries, please email us on businessservices@astonandfincher.co.uk or call 0121 331 2000.
Next day orders need to be received before 1pm, Monday-Thursday to guarantee delivery. If items are out of stock we will contact you.
Free delivery applies to baskets with a value of £50+ ex. VAT (£60+ inc. VAT), to UK mainland addresses. It excludes furniture or exceptional items; we will contact you in these cases.
Furniture and Special Order Deliveries: Furniture and special-order items have different times based on availability and production hours. Please contact us for any queries.
Lead-times are therefore given as a guideline line only. You will be advised lead-times on placement of order, but if items are required by a specific date please contact before placing orders on-line.
Once an order has been placed, it can take up to 5 working days for Aston & Fincher to receive manufacturer's production confirmation. This will have an approx. date of dispatch from the manufacturers.
