We know that online shopping should be easy, but here are a few hints and tips to make setting up an account as straightforward as possible. The common troubleshooting issues are also picked out below. 

How do I set up an online account?

To register, click on the ‘account’ symbol and then ‘register’ and fill out the registration form, including your public liability insurance/qualifications.

How do I book on a course?

To book on our courses, please phone your local store or the store you wish to attend the store at.

Do you sell to the general public?

We are a trade-only company, and can only sell to those in trade with public liability insurance or qualifications.

How long will my delivery take?

You can expect your delivery between 1-3 working days. We do quote 3-5 working days during our vat free events.

Is delivery free?

Delivery is free on all orders over £50 before vat, excluding special items and furniture.

If I place a click and collect, when can I collect my parcel?

Your order will be ready to be collected within 7 working days of placing your order.

I have an account in my local store, but I cannot login online.

Our in-store accounts do not link with our online accounts; to create an online account, you can fill out the registration form and use your in-store account number.

I have clicked ‘reset my password’ but haven’t received an email?

Please check your spam and junk folders as sometimes the emails appear in here. If you still haven’t received an email, please give us a call and we can help you.
